Event
The event took place at Burlington Gardens behind the Royal Academy in January 2007.
State of the art production and lighting created a red carpet for guests to walk on at the entrance A digareidoo and bango player created the lasting first impression The canapes were plentiful and most with a hint of Australia. Australian beer and wine were offered and delicious fruit cocktails as soft drinks A large mirrored Central bar created a focal point in the West Gallery The "wow" was created using a 10 ft ice bar with 3 tiers full of fresh prawns, oysters, crab legs and langoustine "Bobby the oyster shuckler" was also a great hit with all the guests.As the evening closed, guests were presented with their goody bag which included a branded Hugh Johnson Wine guide.
